- Do you charge per user?
- No. Add every engineer, GM, regional director, and asset manager you want.
- We already have a PCA from the last transaction.
- Send it. We’ll import and standardize it, and show you what it missed — usually equipment that was never inventoried and condition data that’s now several years stale.
- Do we have to buy field capture?
- No. If your team captures it in the app, there’s no capture fee.
- Can we start with one property?
- That’s how most customers start. Run one hotel through it and decide.
- Is there a contract?
- Annual, billed monthly or annually. Capture is billed at kickoff.
