We’re taking on a small number of design partners.
Capset is early. The model is built, the field capture process is real, and we’re now working with a handful of portfolios to pressure-test it against buildings we didn’t choose. If you have properties with equipment you’re genuinely worried about, that’s the useful kind of partner.
What you get
- Field capture of your baseline at design partner pricing
- Design partner pricing on the software for the first year
- A direct line to the people building it — not a support queue
- Real influence over what gets built. Design partner requests go to the top of the roadmap, and we’ll tell you honestly when something isn’t going to happen
- Your baseline capital plan regardless of what you decide afterward. If you walk away, you keep the work
What we ask
- Access to your properties for capture
- About two hours a month of feedback from someone who actually uses it — an engineer, a regional director, or an asset manager
- Honesty when it’s wrong, which is the entire point
- Once it’s working, permission to say you’re a customer, and a conversation with a prospect now and then
Who this fits
Portfolios of roughly 3 to 30 properties, with mechanical equipment old enough to be a real question, and someone internal who cares about the answer. Hospitality is our focus, though we’re taking on a small number of other property types.
Who this doesn’t fit
If you need finished, supported, integrated software today, wait for us — we’ll be there, and we’d rather tell you now than sell you a promise. Design partners are for people who are comfortable with something still being built.
